The Independent summative evaluation has been instrumental in helping to shape GPE’s post-2020 strategy. It ran in parallel to the latter’s planning process organized and was overseen separately by the GPE Board and the Strategy and Impact Committee.

The Independent summative evaluation has also served as an update of the findings and their use from the last independent evaluation of GPE, conducted in 2015.
